(1)(a) The spray bottles for bleach solution were stored within reach of children on the window sill near the diapering station and the window sill above the eating area in the large classroom, and on the counter top near the sink in the smaller classroom. (1)(c) The bleach water was in a spray bottle that was not clearly labeled with the name of the product (bleach).
